Anchor TotalHR’s Task Force Division, specializing in temporary management support in the Hospitality sector, is seeking an experienced Task Force Front Office Manager.  

Qualifications: Education, knowledge, training, and work experience

REQUIRED: Springer-Miller PMS

MUST have current or recent hotel task force experience.

• A four-year college degree or equivalent education or experience is required

• Two to three years in a related hotel company position.  

• Discipline-specific hospitality industry and general hotel operational knowledge and supervisory experience is expected.  

• You must be able to handle cash or credit transactions and have Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency. Property management system knowledge and experience is required. 

• Excellent communication, time management, supervisory and leadership skills are a must. 

• High energy and flexibility are required. 

• This is a high travel role.

Job Description Summary: 

The Task Force Front Office Manager will provide both short and long-term Operations Task Force coverage for either full or select service properties.  This individual is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the front desk, reservations function, bell and valet staffs, and other areas as assigned. They will be an integral part of the yield effort. Our goal is for assignments to follow consecutively, however, the timing of orders may necessitate breaks in assignments.

This individual is the leader of the Front Office ensuring that staff are well-trained, highly motivated and that they handle guests with the utmost care, and will help to achieve budgeted profitability while monitoring expenses.  

Responsibilities:  

• Oversee and manage the Front Office to ensure efficient operations and impeccable guest care, helping to achieve profit goals.

• Keep a pulse on daily revenue and expenses to minimize loss, manage expense and maximize profit.
